Poor administration of criminal justice in Nigeria has constantly threatened the physical, mental and social well-being of inmates. The welfare of prisoners ranging from the quality and quantity of food they are served to the quality of water for drinking has being the motive behind the establishment of Afri-Mission and Evangelism Network’s Prison Ministry.
We visit correctional services and noticed the level of infrastructural decays, their skill acquisition units lack basic equipments that will enable the resource persons impact basic skills to the inmates. In our efforts to help out, Afri-Mission and Evangelism Network Prison Ministry team visit correctional service Centres with gift items such as Foods, sewing machines, beverages, detergents, toiletries, slippers etc.
