We equip women and young people affected by religious and gender-based violence and vulnerable widows and indigent single mothers with practical skills that opens door for economic independence in catering, pastry and soap making. We are currently working to scale this project to include tailoring, ICT, Adult literacy class, Bead and Bag making, Cosmetology and Beauty services.

We also provide psychosocial support and trauma healing to our trainees who are emotionally devastated. our program empowers our target persons to break cycles of dependency, reduce vulnerability and open new pathways to peace and resilience.

The purpose of this program is to directly confront the problems of these vulnerable women and girls through restoring their dignity, building resilience and creating sustainable opportunities for them. Through this intervention, hopes and confidences of our trainees are built as we do all within our capacity to teach them how to be strong and never give up in life.

Starter kits are provided to enable them utilize the skills they acquired to generate income for themselves and their vulnerable children.

Hundreds of these women trained and empowered have established businesses and are now economically independence.
